Store Keeper

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

O’Level with 2 years of experience in relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE

Overall administration and physical handling of stock and inventory.

SCOPE OF WORK 

• Responsible to check availability and issue materials to respective department upon assignment of Purchase requisition.
• Receive and inspect all materials and reconcile by with Purchase orders and requirement by respective department.
• Update ERP system upon receivable of materials from suppliers.
• Negotiate with respective department for physical verification and collection of materials.
• Update status of purchase order to summary report on daily basis.
• Transfer orders upon materials collection by respective department.
• Maintain transfer order forms upon receivable of materials, and sending TO to finance for payment on daily basis.
• Consume collected orders by respective department.
• Conduct Physical inventories by counting stock periodically and reconcile with reports.
• Maintain the accuracy of inventories and ensure all the materials are kept in safe custody.
• Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications.
• Proper maintenance and filing of all documentation.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATION

• Ability to operate and enter information in a computerized inventory system. 
• Knowledge of basic buying and processing. 
• Knowledge of Inventory principles and practices. 
• Skills in appropriate use of goods and materials in storeroom. 
• Knowledge of retail or distribution center operations.
• Knowledge of basic budget management and calculation.
• Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a team player.
• Should be able to priorities task and manage one's own time.
• Should be familiar with Microsoft Office Package.

SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR. 13,000.00
